Our Thorough 6-Step Preparation Process

1. 12-Month MOT

Every vehicle that enters our stock receives a brand-new 12-month MOT, regardless of when the previous MOT was completed. This ensures all vehicles meet the highest safety and emissions standards.

We work with three trusted local independent MOT stations, and if any advisory items are raised, we fix them.(Exemptions apply - covers fitted, vehicle undersealed.)

2. Fresh Service

We want your new car to run smoothly and reliably from day one. That's why every vehicle receives a fresh service prior to collection, no matter when it was last serviced. Our skilled mechanics use the correct oils and filters to maintain engine longevity and reliability - giving you complete peace of mind.

3. Full Valet

Each vehicle receives a thorough interior and exterior valet before handover, ensuring it looks and feels its best.

4. On-Site Preparation Centre

Our dedicated on-site preparation centre speeds up the sales process and improves customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are retail-ready faster - keeping you, the customer, happy.

5. Full Vehicle Inspection

Every car is fully inspected by a trained technician to ensure everything operates exactly as it should. We rigorously check mechanical and electrical components, with particular attention to safety-critical areas such as:

  • Seat belts
  • Brakes
  • Suspension
  • Tyres
  • Driver assistance systems
  • Entertainment systems (including Satellite Navigation)

6. HPI Checks

We only retail 100% HPI Clear vehicles.
That means:

  • No insurance write-offs (structural or non-structural)
  • No outstanding finance
  • Carefully sourced vehicles, checked multiple times even after a clear report

We also show you the HPI certificate - and encourage you to check it yourself for full transparency.
