Amazing is the only word I could use, from the very first video call of my wives new car with jake right through to driving the car away was amazing never had customer service like it the whole deal was done faultlessly 1 minor problem with car was dealt with by the team with speed and efficiency jake was amazing but also dealing with Paul and Ash they are all a massive credit to the company after you experience it I totally.understand why they are a multiple award winners, I will beback soon for my new car

Best Car Sales Place Ever!
This is definitely the best car sales place I have ever been too. From the moment I got in contact and spoke to Braden to the day we left with our new car nothing was a problem. All the staff we spoke to on the day we got our car were really lovely and friendly. Braden was our car sales person who really did go above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked on site. No pressure sales or long winded process. The salesman was very knowledgeable and brought me a coffee once we sat down. They offered to beat the we buy any car valuation for my car prior to the appointment and kept their word once they saw the car. They didn't have exactly the right car that I wanted and went above and beyond to get me it and kept in touch throughout. I have told all my friends and family to look nowhere else when considering their next car!

Hi Lorraine, thanks for getting in touch your staff are very helpful and polite and informative the price was about right for the condition and year ,I gave a response to autotrader and mentioned one or two disappointment in the valiting.Jake rang to apologize the door rebates had not been done and black marks over the sun visor and I don't think it had been machine polished, since taking to Jake i found that there are no car mats .I would recommend to my friend and family.

Just bought this bad boy, warm welcome on arrival staff very easy to get on with, face masks were worn, test drive carried out, lots of other lovely cars on site forecourts coffee was offered after my 3hr 4o minutes drive. Easy to find as satnav take you straight to garage. Well done guys

Me and my partner bought a BMW series 1 at the end January, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, and more than happy to help - this has been the most stress free car buying experience we have ever had, nothing is to much trouble.
We had a minor issue just recently with an ABS sensor - as soon as I made Paul aware he booked us in to get it sorted. We have had a very pleasant, positive experience with this company & I would recommend 110%. These are genuine people, customer service is fantastic, cannot fault in anyway.
